Shipping policy

OnlyAlpacas works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. 

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world – from Thailand and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure you can track your orders for your extra piece of mind.

Yet, because your products are coming from so far away they often take  2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control.

This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are and it will be totally worth the wait!


Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 2 to 4 business days for us to process your order for shipping.

Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 5 to 7 Business Days
US & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany:
 10 to 16 Business Days
Other Western European Countries:
 10 to 16 Business Days
Other countries:
 14 to 20 Business Days

 These are estimated delivery time. Actual delivery time will vary depending on many situation. OnlyAlpacas cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframes. However, you will always receive either your item or a refund.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

When you order a product you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check this e-mail to see whether you ordered the order is correct.

Once a shipment email is received we will no longer be able to change delivery information and/or the ordered products. You, the customer, will void any replacements or refunds if correct information isn’t provided at time of the shipment email. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
